Quick Facts
SalesPatriot, a Warsaw & San Francisco-based startup that builds an AI-driven procurement platform for defence and aerospace components, has raised €4.2 million in seed funding to accelerate its European expansion.
The funding round was led by CRV with participation from Pear VC, Y Combinator, SV Angel, Liquid2, Uncorrelated Ventures and strategic angel investors including Paul Graham and Steve Blank.
SalesPatriot’s platform automates quote and order processing by ingesting data from government portals, ERPs, spreadsheets and unstructured emails, enabling suppliers to process orders up to 7× faster, including those tied to Pentagon-scale procurement.
Founded in 2024 by Nelson Ray (CEO), Benjamin Rhodes-Kropf (CTO) and Maciej Szymczyk, the company opened “SalesPatriot House” in Warsaw to tap into local engineering talent and serve as a launchpad for international growth.
With this raise, the company’s total funding stands at approximately €5.4 million, providing runway to expand into commercial aviation and adjacent critical supply-chains beyond defence.
SalesPatriot currently employs around 10 engineers and business-development staff and plans to grow to 12–15 by the end of 2025, with focus on full-stack development and scaling operations.
The startup already works with distributors servicing more than US $200 million in annual PentagonOrders and is now targeting European procurement markets and commercial aerospace.
SalesPatriot positions itself as the infrastructure layer for mission-critical supply-chains, aligning with the broader surge in European defence-tech investment and logistics-automation.
